SELECTION – AF AL BAHER – Course winner this season and saw a significant rise in ratings after that. Back on a winnable mark.

Al Hili Maiden – 1m2f

SELECTION – SAFIN AL REEF – 2nd twice on last two starts over course. Distance maybe only question mark.

Al Jimi Handicap – 1m

SELECTION – ASYAD – Course winner last time out. Has had a very good and consistent season to date.

Al Masoudi Handicap – 7f

SELECTION – MARAHIB – 4th over course and distance last time out. Unexposed 5 year old mare.

Al Ain Mile Prestige – 1m

Feature race on the card as nine go to post. Very competitive with few to be discounted. Aslaan won this last season and has a course and distance win to his name this season. Struggled in group company but should do better at this level. Five great runs since arriving in the UAE, including two wins, gives BF Mughader a chance. However this is a step up in class. Cakouet De Bozouls has still to record a victory in the UAE but has been placed in Group company this season which gives him a great chance. On rating the best horse in the race is DAHHAM. 3rd on UAE debut in Group 1 race and is a Group 1 winner in France. Only doubt would be that he tries the dirt for the first time but if can adapt to that will be the one to beat. Munbaher has had two poor runs to date in the UAE but does have some useful form from the UK. Now 9 year old Najm Alemarat will run his usual consistent race but others are preferred. RB Goliath, 2nd last year, has run well most of this season and is a course and distance winner. Da’areen is another course and distance winner who has had a good season to date. This is a step up for the mare. Mawahib started the season really well with three wins including one over course and distance. However last two runs has been a real concern with a refuse to race and unseated rider.

Al Khobaisi Handicap – 5f

SELECTION – PARANORMAL – Course and distance win last time out, whilst remaining on a winnable mark.

Al Jahili Maiden – 5f

SELECTION – AASIF AL RAWASI – Less exposed then many with only two runs to date. Finished place in both runs over 6f.
